Throughout product development, the process parameters have a key role. Using modern software packages we are able to analyse and consequently optimise process parameters. If required, we can also re-optimise the construction of the product.
In many projects, where the injection process is optimised using the demonstrated method, we have proven that the results of numerical simulations match the real situation in production. Such simulations are favourable towards financial criteria and project progress. Through them we present savings in time, tooling costs and ultimately in production costs.
For this purpose we are analysing:
- 3D simulation of filling mould cavities (optimisation of the filling);
- Simulations of tempering (optimisation of the temperature parameters and determination of injection time);
- Deformations and shrink simulations.
