Creating a 3D CAD model
A)Based on your 2D plan we create a 3D CAD model. This forms the basis of the project documentation.
B)Based on your idea or design we construct your product considering criteria for manufacture - DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and assembly - DFA (Design for Assembly). During the product construction period we work on the major elements which are summarised into tooling feasibility (uniform walls, taking down angles, tool openings, short injection times, minimum sinks), simple assembly, minimum bending, optimal aesthetic appearance, optimal functional set and adequate product strength.
C)Based on existing products we create a 3D model using a method of reverse engineering. If the product is complex, the Development Centre creates a 3D digitalisation of your product. We systematically control deviations between product contour and the 3D CAD model.
