The final phase of the complete product solution where we confirm the product and process can be performed in our machine park. We have machines of different capacities with closing forces of 220 kN to 6,500 kN (22 to 650 tons). In this scale we can manufacture products that weigh less than 1 gram up to 2500 grams. Selected machines are equipped with robots to manipulate between the tools and conveyor belts or final packaging lines. In this way, we can achieve a high quality product and appropriate level of microbiological cleanliness.
